Shipping policy

Shipping:

Please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at info@runtheworldclothing.com

 

Returns:

Return is initiated within 14 days of purchase. The product has to include all original packaging and be in brand new unworn condition. Send us an email at info@runtheworldclothing.com to let us know you're making a return. Including a quick note with your return letting us know how you'd like to proceed will help speed up the process. Once we've received your returned item in new and unworn condition we will refund your credit card for the total cost of the item purchased excluding shipping. 

- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable.

- Sales on ALL DISCOUNTED items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods once your package has been delivered.  Please make sure to make proper arrangements to receive your package.
